The production process of branded enamel mugs:
Enamel manufacturing is the process of combining a metal body with enamel to create an enameled product. The core process includes body preparation, surface treatment, enameling, firing, and coloring. The metal blank is typically made of steel plate or cast iron, after being formed by stamping, welding, or casting, surface impurities are removed through methods such as sandblasting and pickling, and a coating is applied to enhance bonding strength. Enameling processes are categorized into wet and dry methods, the wet method applies glaze slurry by dipping or spraying, the dry method uses electrostatic powder to deposit glaze powder. Firing requires specialized kilns, common kiln types include box kilns and tunnel kilns.
Melting: After mixing the above materials in a certain proportion, then place them in an electric furnace for melting.
Spraying: Apply the molten enamel to the cylinder surface. The spray thickness is approximately 0.3mm.
Sintering: The spray-coated cylinder body is placed in a sintering furnace for high-temperature sintering. The sintering temperature is generally above 1200°C. The sintering time is approximately 4 hours.
